Portfolio Characteristics
We manage 3 separate portfolios. All portfolios are managed with the same fundamental process with an emphasis on owning higher risk securities in aggressive portfolios and increased dividend or fixed income holdings in the conservative portfolios. The focus of every portfolio is to own the best company or stock in each sector based on the current macro condition. Each portfolio is designed around the needs and financial condition of the client. Portfolios are designed as a guide to better support the needs of our clients, each clients portfolio may differ from the outlines described below.
1. Aggressive Growth : portfolios will own 15 - 25 securities with 5 - 8 high beta securities and an asset allocation of at least 90% equities.The Aggressive Growth portfolio will focus more on individual stock performance and less on dividend growth.
2. Growth : portfolios will own 15 - 20 of the best growth and blue chips equities with an asset allocation of at least 75% equities. Dividend growth is an important part of the overall performance of the Growth Portfolio. We position the portfolio to have a dividend payout to 1.25 times the S&P 500.
3. Conservative/Income : portfolios will own 12 -15 of the best growth and blue chip securities with an emphasis on income and an asset allocation of at least 50% equities. Focus of the portfolio is to achieve a high level of dividend and income producing securities. We position the portfolio to have a dividend payout of 2 times the S&P 500.
